To the staff of the physicians of Powhatan Family Physicians,

I have been coming to Powhatan Family Physicians for over 12 years. The staff, over the years, has been totally awesome!! I wish to sincerely thank you for all the hard work, dedication and giving that each one of you exhibit. This community is blessed for your service.

I have had a serious medical problem that I have been dealing with lately. Mistakes, though not malicious, have been made in my health care. I understand that mistakes do happen from time to time. However, the complete lack of compassion, empathy and sympathy for my plight from a physician I have seen for 12 years is disconcerting. For this reason, I will not be returning to Powhatan Family Physicians again.
